titleOfInvention | Trityl-mono-GalNAc Compounds and Uses Thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates generally to the field of phosphoramidite derivatives. In particular, the present invention relates to N-acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) compounds, in particular phosphoramidite or phosphonoamidite molecules of formula (I) having only one GalNAc moiety (formula II), and It relates to conjugates of N-acetylgalactosamine-containing molecules and nucleic acid molecules. Also provided are methods for the preparation of these molecules and their possible uses, particularly in medicine. In the following formula, R 1 is H or C 1-6 alkyl; R 2 is a triphenylmethyl-based hydroxyl protecting group, R 3 is a phosphorus-containing group, in particular a phosphoramidite or phosphonoamidite group, and K is represented by formula (II) below. |
