abstract The present invention relates to a method for forming a corrosion-resistant and superhydrophobic oxide film on a stainless steel surface for water and sewage materials such as pipes, valves, filters, etc. A porous oxide film can be formed, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced because of the remarkably excellent effect of superhydrophobicity and corrosion resistance without a pore expansion step after conventional anodization treatment. It can be useful as a machine learning database for surface treatment technology development.
