titleOfInvention foreign matter selection and sterilization system for marine raw material of salted seafood
abstract The present invention relates to a system for sorting and sterilizing foreign substances of seafood raw materials for salted fish, and supplying the seafood raw materials by pouring the seafood raw materials in a manner of lifting and lowering and rotating the container that temporarily holds the seafood raw material, which is the raw material for salted fish, is supplied. It consists of a sorting device for sorting and separating foreign substances contained in the raw material, and a sterilization device installed on one side adjacent to the sorting/separating device to kill and treat harmful bacteria contained in the fish sauce temporarily stored by inversion of the sterilization accelerator. Accordingly, it is possible to perform integrated screening and sterilization of raw materials for seafood, thereby providing a sanitary salted fish product, especially for salted fish that can reduce workers' labor and improve their working environment and prevent safety accidents. We want to provide a system for screening and sterilizing foreign substances in seafood raw materials.
