titleOfInvention Lightweight high-strength cement composite containing artificial lightweight aggregate and hollow microspheres and manufacturing method thereof
abstract The present invention relates to a lightweight high-strength cement composite including artificial lightweight aggregate and hollow microspheres and a method for manufacturing the same. In the present invention, a single or mixed form selected from silica sand or silica powder having a density of 2,500 to 2,700 kg/m3 is blended in a cement paste in which a binder including water and cement is kneaded, and an artificial having a density of 1,600 to 1,800 kg/m Lightweight aggregate or density 400~600kg/㎥ It is possible to provide a lightweight high-strength cement composite having a unit weight of 1,600 to 2,000 kg/m 3 and a compressive strength of 80 to 120 MPa by adding a single or mixed type of lightweight material selected from hollow microspheres having characteristics and then curing.
