titleOfInvention | Continuous carbon fiber bundle, sheet molding compound, and fiber-reinforced composite material to be molded using same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a continuous carbon fiber bundle that is easily divided by cutting to a length of 25.4 mm, a sheet molding compound (SMC), and a fiber-reinforced composite material molded using the same. SMC comprising a carbon fiber bundle and a matrix resin composition made of carbon fibers having a single fiber fineness of 1.0 dtex or more and 2.4 dtex or less, wherein the mode value in the mass distribution of the carbon fiber bundle with respect to the mass of each carbon fiber bundle has the largest mass SMC, which is 50% or less of the mass of the carbon fiber bundle, is also addressed by fiber-reinforced composite materials molded using them. |
