The present invention relates to a method for detecting an influenza virus using the CCRISPR-Cas system and a multiplex LAMP primer set, and more particularly, to the M gene of influenza A viruses H1N1 and H3N2 and influenza B virus, respectively. It relates to a method for performing multiple isothermal amplification reactions in a single tube containing three multiplex primer sets for isothermal amplification, and detecting influenza virus by applying the CRISPR-Cas system to the reaction. |
