abstract The embodiment relates to a method of capturing the position and motion of a high-speed moving object in an image surveillance system. Then, the feature metadata of the moving object is extracted from the surveillance image collected in this way, and the feature of the moving object is extracted from the preset AI format that extracts the feature value of the image patch according to the feature metadata of the moving object. Therefore, by recognizing a moving object by a preset AI format for estimating the size and position of the entire moving object from the extracted features of the moving object, it is characterized in that the moving object is tracked for each moving object. Therefore, through this, in the video surveillance system, it is systematically effective and quickly captures a moving object at high speed.
