An organic light emitting diode display according to the present invention includes: a substrate; a semiconductor including a driving channel formed on the substrate; a first gate insulating layer covering the semiconductor; a first driving gate electrode formed on the first gate insulating layer and overlapping the driving channel; a second gate insulating layer covering the first driving gate electrode; a second driving gate electrode formed on the second gate insulating layer and partially overlapping the first driving gate electrode; an interlayer insulating layer covering the second driving gate electrode; a driving voltage line formed on the interlayer insulating layer and overlapping the second driving gate electrode; and a data connection member formed on the interlayer insulating layer and electrically connected to the first driving gate electrode and the second driving gate electrode. |
