The present invention relates to a method for preparing a wound dressing comprising H 2 O 2- impregnated PLGA microspheres in a hydrogel sponge, and to a wound dressing prepared through the same. The wound dressing of the present invention uses a solvent evaporation method to impregnate H 2 O 2 in PLGA microspheres containing H 2 O 2 and includes it in an alginic acid-based hydrogel sponge. Accordingly, H 2 O 2 is released at an appropriate rate, and oxygen is supplied to the wound to aid in tissue regeneration. |
