abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus and a manufacturing method for injecting a material into a cell in which microchannels or nanochannels are formed inside a solid such as glass using a femtosecond laser. More specifically, the present invention, a first passage through which cells formed inside a single solid pass; a second passage through which the substance to be injected into the cells passes and is formed inside the single solid connected to the first passage at an arbitrary position between both ends of the first passage; and a device for applying a pressure difference or a potential difference to the first passage and the second passage, to a device for injecting a substance into a cell and a method for manufacturing the same.
