The present invention relates to an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory composition comprising a fermented fermented oyster mushroom and volcanic fermented product, and more particularly, to an antioxidant or anti-inflammatory food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical composition comprising the fermented product. The fermented fermented seaweed according to the present invention has excellent radical scavenging activity and inhibitory ability of nitric oxide generated due to inflammatory reaction, and thus can be variously used in antioxidant or anti-inflammatory food, cosmetics and pharmaceutical fields. |
