abstract | The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for preparing an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyan compound polymer, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for manufacturing an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyan compound polymer, comprising the steps of: polymerizing a reaction mixture including an aromatic vinyl compound, a vinyl cyan compound, and an organic solvent in a reactor; and transferring the reaction mixture vaporized to the upper part of the reactor to a heat exchanger through a pipe to condense it; including, wherein the condensed reaction mixture is transferred to one side of the pipe and sprayed in the pipe. It relates to a method for producing a compound polymer. According to the present disclosure, there is an effect of reducing the flow rate of the vaporized reaction mixture from the reactor and lowering the temperature to suppress the phenomenon that the polymer in the reactor is sucked into the heat exchanger, and to prevent polymerization in the heat exchanger to improve productivity and quality. . |
