| abstract | The present invention discloses a sand material mixture for toys and a method for manufacturing the same, comprising: a sand screening step of sorting sand using a 100 mesh sieve; a sterilization step of sterilizing the sand selected in the sand screening step at 200° C. for 1 hour in a heat sterilizer; A heating step of putting vegetable paraffin oil into a chemical polymer mixer set at 100° C. and heating for 30 minutes; a wax mixing step of adding cantarilla wax to the polymer mixer after the heating step and heating and mixing at 120° C. for 1 hour; and after the wax mixing step, a sand mixing step of putting the sand on which the sterilization step has been completed into the polymer mixer and mixing to obtain a sand solid material; and pulverizing the sand solid material prepared through the sand mixing step using the compressed air of the air jet mill pulverizer.
