abstract Memory devices, systems including memory devices, and memory device, wherein a number of counters are provided to allow memory refresh commands to have a greater degree of freedom in targeting subsets of the memory device for data refresh operations. In one embodiment, a plurality of memory banks, and (i) each store a plurality of values corresponding to one of the plurality of memory banks; (ii) refreshing first data stored in a first one of the plurality of memory banks; and (iii) circuitry configured to update a first value of a plurality of values corresponding to a first one of the plurality of memory banks based at least in part on refreshing the first data. .
