Accordingly, by utilizing the tobacco-derived NPR1 promoter, it is possible to develop a biosensor capable of quickly coping with the exposure of crops to environmental stress by recognizing the exposure before damage appears externally. In addition, by introducing the tobacco-derived NPR1 promoter into the crop, it is possible to develop a crop with enhanced resistance to environmental stress.
