abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for preparing a Cordyceps supernatant that promotes the growth of lactic acid bacteria, and more particularly, to a method for preparing a Cordyceps supernatant which can promote the growth and growth of lactic acid bacteria and exhibit antibacterial activity against pathogenic bacteria. To this end, the manufacturing method includes the steps of preparing a cordyceps concentrate; adjusting the concentration in the range of 1 to 50% by adding distilled water to the cordyceps concentrate and mixing; recovering the supernatant by centrifuging the concentrate of Cordyceps Cordyceps to which the distilled water was added; and filtering the recovered supernatant to remove impurities. |
