titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of antibiotic styrofoam |
abstract | In the present invention, calcium carbonate powder having a particle size of 1 to 10 μm in which 500 to 20000 ppm of copper particles of 1 to 50 nm are deposited is mixed with a binder in a ratio of 1 to 5 wt % based on the solid content of the coating solution, and coated on the surface of polystyrene beads. The present invention relates to expanded polystyrene beads having an antibacterial function and a method for manufacturing the same, and the present invention is semi-permanent by exhibiting antibacterial and deodorizing functions by means of calcium carbonate deposited on the copper coated on the bead when the expanded polystyrene beads are foamed to form Styrofoam. It is possible to make an antibacterial Styrofoam product having an antibacterial function, and the present invention has the advantage of bringing a wide range of applications applicable to many products requiring antibacterial and deodorizing performance. |
