The present invention relates to bispecific antibody constructs comprising a first binding domain that binds human DLL3 on the surface of a target cell and a second binding domain that binds human CD3 on the surface of a T cell. The invention further provides polynucleotides encoding the antibody constructs, vectors comprising said polynucleotides, and host cells transformed or transfected with said polynucleotides or vectors. The invention further provides methods for producing the antibody constructs of the invention, the medical uses of the antibody constructs and kits comprising the antibody constructs. |
