The fermented broth containing ginsenosides derived from ginseng leaves according to the manufacturing method of the present invention is to increase the total content of ginsenosides with high biological activity such as F2, F1 and Rd as well as compound K from saponin precursors present in ginseng leaves. It is possible. In particular, the ginsenoside F2 contained in the fermentation broth according to the preparation method of the present invention showed an increase in the content of 2.6 times, F1, 2 times, and Rd 2 times higher than that of the control, and the total ginsenoside content was 454 ppm of the control.
