abstract The present invention prevents the breakage of the composite waterproofing layer with respect to the behavior acting on the building by constructing a composite waterproofing containing an iron plate sheet of a certain thickness on the asphalt sheet laid on the ground surface, and attaching it with a complex action such as a thermal barrier effect The purpose of the present invention is to improve performance and thermal barrier properties and durability, and for this purpose, the present invention includes: an asphalt sheet of a certain thickness that is installed on the base surface in a butt manner to exhibit primary waterproofing performance; an iron sheet installed on each of the asphalt sheets and spaced apart from each other at regular intervals along the edge of the asphalt sheet; a cushioning material applied to the spaced space of the iron plate sheets to support the waterproof performance of the spaced apart space of the iron plate sheets and to cushion the expansion and contraction action of the iron plate sheet so that the waterproof performance is maintained; a waterproof tape for supporting the steel plate sheets to have secondary waterproofness against the spaced space between the iron plate sheets as they are taped, including a cushioning material applied to the spaced space between the iron plate sheets; a reinforcing tape that is taped to include a certain width of the iron sheet including the waterproof tape, and maintains the attached state even in the expansion and contraction action of the iron sheet to support the waterproof performance; and a heat shielding top coating layer applied to a predetermined thickness on the iron sheet to alleviate the heat island phenomenon by heat reflection while exhibiting waterproof performance.
