abstract | The present invention relates to a complex and a drug delivery system, and by supporting hydrophobic manganese oxide particles in micelles, they are stably protected in vivo and are easily delivered to the tumor site. In addition, micelles can efficiently release hydrophobic manganese oxide particles by binding the hydrophilic part and the hydrophobic part with an active oxygen-cleavable linker (ROS-cleavable linker) and decomposing in response to the active oxygen of the target site. Manganese oxide generates oxygen and changes the microenvironment of the target site, thereby improving the therapeutic effect of the drug loaded in micelles. |
