titleOfInvention | Drug release formulation controlled by near-infrared rays and drainage implant equipped with it |
abstract | The present invention relates to a drug-carrying formulation in which the amount of outflow is controlled by near-infrared rays and a waterproofing outflow implant equipped with the same, comprising: a waterproofing outflow implant body that draws in waterproofing through an inlet tube and drains the introduced waterproofing; and a drug-carrying formulation that is provided in the aqueous humor outflow implant body and releases a drug around the aqueous humor outflow implant, wherein the drug-carrying formulation includes an anti-inflammatory drug and a NIR (Near Infrared; hereinafter NIR) reactive substance. It relates to a drug-carrying formulation in which the amount of drug release is controlled with near-infrared radiation, characterized in that it is produced by post-formulation, and a waterproofing outflow implant equipped with the same. According to the present invention, it is manufactured to control the amount of drug release in response to NIR, so it is possible to control the drug release to a patient-tailored basis only by non-invasively applying near-infrared rays after implantation. It is possible to provide a drug-carrying formulation in which the amount of drug release is controlled by near-infrared rays, which can be almost resolved, and a waterproofing outflow implant equipped with the same. |
