abstract | The present invention comprises the steps of (1) drying and pulverizing Ecklonia cava to prepare a powder; (2) adding water to the Ecklonia cava powder prepared in step (1) for extraction, followed by filtration and concentration to prepare an Ecklonia cava extract; (3) after adding ethanol to the Ecklonia cava extract prepared in step (2), followed by stirring and centrifugation to separate the precipitated Ecklonia polysaccharide; (4) mixing the E. E. coli extract prepared in the step (2) and the Ecklonia cava polysaccharide separated in the step (3), and then concentrating and drying to prepare a Ecklonia cava mixture; and (5) steaming and extruding the kneaded mixture of wet rice flour, salt, citric acid, and water with the Ecklonia cava prepared in step (4). It relates to a method and a rice cake for tteokbokki prepared by the method. |
