abstract | The present invention provides a method for producing a thermoplastic hybrid elastomer including a siloxane group, comprising the steps of: preparing an inorganic sol; mixing the inorganic sol with an organosilane to first surface-modify the inorganic sol to be hydrophobic; preparing an inorganic sol-dispersed monomer by reacting the first surface-modified inorganic sol with a lower diol as a hard segment as a reactive monomer, polyalkylene oxide as a soft segment, and polydimethylsiloxane as a reactive monomer; adding an aromatic dicarboxylic acid or dicarboxylate and a catalyst to the inorganic sol-dispersed monomer to perform a transesterification reaction to obtain a reactant; preparing a thermoplastic hybrid elastomer by adding a catalyst and a thermal stabilizer to the reactant; It is a technical gist to include the step of mixing a tracking agent and a flame retardant to the thermoplastic hybrid elastomer. Thereby, in order to use the thermoplastic elastomer as a high-voltage electrical insulation housing material, it has excellent tracking resistance and flame retardancy, and an inorganic sol-dispersed monomer can be obtained through in-situ transesterification and polycondensation under reduced pressure conditions.
