titleOfInvention Method of manufacturing silicone rubber composite with enhanced thermal property for laserprinter heating roller
abstract The present invention includes a thermally conductive inorganic filler, so that the thermal conductivity is improved compared to the conventional silicone rubber composition, so the initial printing speed is fast and the energy consumption of the heating heat source can be reduced. Disclosed are a rubber composition and a method for manufacturing the same. A method for producing a silicone rubber composition for a laser printer fixing roller according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) mixing a liquid silicone rubber and a thermally conductive inorganic filler to form a mixture; and (b) corotating the mixture to prepare a silicone rubber composition.
