abstract | The embodiment relates to a light emitting device. The light emitting device disclosed in the embodiment includes: a first conductive semiconductor layer having a dopant of a first conductivity type; an active layer having a plurality of barrier layers and a plurality of well layers on the first conductive semiconductor layer; an electron blocking layer disposed on the active layer; a second conductive semiconductor layer having a dopant of a second conductivity type on the electron blocking layer; and a carrier filling structure for filling carriers in at least one of the upper and lower portions of the active layer, wherein the carrier filling structure includes a pair of at least two layers having different conductivity type dopants and corresponding to each other. |
