abstract The present invention relates to a system and method for predicting the risk of acute renal failure after non-cardiac surgery, and more specifically, the system includes: a variable selection unit; classification reference point setting unit; and an acute renal failure risk prediction unit after non-cardiac surgery, wherein the method includes: a first step of selecting a variable; a second step of setting a classification reference point; and a third step of predicting the risk of developing acute renal failure after non-cardiac surgery. Since the present invention is simple and accurate, it is an invention with very high clinical applicability.
