titleOfInvention | Complex of LNA probe and graphene oxide and nucleic acid detection method using same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a complex of an LNA probe and graphene oxide and a method for detecting a nucleic acid using the same, and the composition, kit and detection method for detecting a nucleic acid according to the present invention include a molecular beacon containing LNA through a covalent bond with graphene oxide. A single strand of a molecular beacon binds to a target nucleic acid to form a complex, and the complex is separated from graphene oxide to induce a fluorescence signal. Non-specific signals can be minimized, and a double-stranded molecular beacon with LNA can be designed to detect very low concentrations of target nucleic acids with high sensitivity, and multiple target nucleic acids can be simultaneously detected through diversification of fluorescence signals. It is possible to detect, through the present invention, it is possible to easily and accurately detect a nucleic acid biomarker whose expression level specifically changes according to a toxic disease and disease progression. |
