abstract The present invention relates to tonkotsu mara sauce, a method for preparing the same, and tonkotsu mara ramen and tonkotsu mara tsukemen comprising the same, and more particularly, to 100 parts by weight of broth, 5 to 15 parts by weight of marasose, and 2 to 2 parts by weight of paitan. 7 parts by weight, 1 to 5 parts by weight of Togarashi, 3 to 10 parts by weight of hemp oil, 2 to 8 parts by weight of sugar, 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of vinegar, 0 to 3 parts by weight of Kona, 0.3 to 1.5 parts by weight of ground garlic and Tonkotsu mara sauce comprising 0.3 to 1.5 parts by weight of ground ginger, a method for preparing the same, and tonkotsu mara ramen and tonkotsu mara tsukemen comprising the same. According to the present invention, there is an effect of providing tonkotsu mara sauce in which the spicy taste of mara and a light and clean taste are harmonized, a manufacturing method thereof, and tonkotsu mara ramen and tonkotsu mara tsukemen comprising the same.
