abstract | The present invention provides (per 100% of its weight): a) at least one salt of an ammonium cation or monovalent or polyvalent metal cation (S) with an organic or inorganic anion, in dissolved form, from 0.002 mol/l to 0.1 mol/l 90 wt.-% to 99.0 wt.-% water comprising (S); b) from 0.5 wt.-% to 5 wt.-% of at least one crosslinked anionic polyelectrolyte (PA); and c) from 0.5 wt.-% to 5 wt.-% of at least one compound of formula (II), wherein the weight of the crosslinked anionic polyelectrolyte (PA) to the compound of formula (II) The ratio (Ra) is understood to be 0.2 or more and 2.0 or less, and the molar ratio (R b ) of the compound of formula (II) to the salt (S) is understood to be 0.05 or more and 1 or less.
