abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing functional oats containing useful ingredients. For this, the production method of functional oats is (a) Militaris Cordyceps militaris ) irradiating light after inoculating the seed on a plate medium; (b) isolating the seed, which has been irradiated with light, from the plate medium, followed by dark culture and light culture in a liquid medium; (c) isolating the seed, which has been cultured in cancer and light culture, from the liquid medium, and then inoculated in an oat-containing medium to perform cancer culture and light culture; and (d) further culturing by adding the oat hull fermentation extract to the oat-containing medium after dark culture and light culture have been completed. |
