The present invention relates to a method for detecting and amplifying a target nucleic acid by converting it into a universal code having a unified specific sequence. Since a nucleic acid can be converted/unified into a pre-designated universal code, it is not necessary to design a new probe for each target nucleic acid every time, which can be usefully applied to a detection system having a complex structure. |
