abstract The present invention relates to an encapsulant (22) of a photovoltaic module (20) which is intended to coat a photovoltaic cell (10) comprising: - ethylene-alkyl acrylate copolymers, said copolymers having a melt flow index (MFI) of 1 g/10 min to 40 g/10 min; and - silanes, constituting from 0.1% to 0.5% of the weight of the composition; wherein said encapsulant also comprises a crosslinking agent comprising from 0.1% to 0.4% by weight of the composition, and wherein said copolymer comprises at least 99% by weight of said composition. The invention also relates to the use of said encapsulant in a photovoltaic module, as well as a photovoltaic module comprising said encapsulant.
