titleOfInvention | Aqueous ink composition for writing instruments |
abstract | Provided is an aqueous ink composition for writing instruments that is low in viscosity and excellent in particle storage stability, writing performance over time, followability and drawing quality compared to conventional thickening and gelling agents such as xanthan gum. The aqueous ink composition for writing instruments contains 0.05 to 1.5 mass % of cellulose oxide, has an intrinsic viscosity value derived by Casson's formula of 16 mPa·s or less, and a viscosity value of 100 to 3000 mPa·s at a shear rate of 3.83 s −1 , and a viscosity value of 10 to 40 mPa·s at a shear rate of 383 s -1 is also mentioned. |
