The said curable resin may contain the (meth)acrylic-type polymer which has a polymeric group, urethane (meth)acrylate, silicone (meth)acrylate, and a cellulose ester. The said curable composition does not need to contain microparticles|fine-particles. As for the said film, the tactile layer may be laminated|stacked on the base material layer formed of the transparent resin. This film is excellent in finger sliding properties.
