abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for pretreatment of sputum for the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and non-tuberculosis mycobacterium, a method therefor, a primer and a probe, and an apparatus using the same. The pretreatment process includes administering a pretreatment solution to the collected sputum, and the pretreatment solution is mixed in a ratio of 2 to 3 times compared to the collected sputum, sodium hydroxide; and 2-propanol, wherein the sodium hydroxide and the 2-propanol are respectively 0 to 2% and 0 to 40% of the total solution, and the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 6 Provided are a tuberculosis diagnosis method comprising using at least one of the configured primer group and the probe group consisting of nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 7 to 9, and a tuberculosis diagnosis apparatus comprising performing the same. |
