titleOfInvention | PHOTOANODE COMPRISING Ge-DOPED HEMATITE, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF, AND WATER SPLITTING SYSTEM COMPRISING SAME |
abstract | The photoanode according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of hematite doped with structurally stabilized rod-shaped germanium (Ge) having an average length of 255 nm to 500 nm and an average diameter of 8 nm to 55 nm. By including it, it can provide good electrical conductivity, photocurrent density and photoelectrochemical (PEC) performance as well as low turn-on voltage. Therefore, the photoanode may be usefully applied to a water decomposition device. |
