abstract | The present invention is a method of providing information for pre-determining the results of a precocious puberty vera confirmatory test (GnRH stimulation test) in girls with precocious puberty. Concentrations of cortisol, dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), and estradiol (17β, E2) were measured in saliva samples collected prior to performing a test for confirming precocious puberty (GnRH stimulation response test) from a girl. It relates to a method and criteria for pre-judging whether a girl with false accusation will obtain a positive or negative result in a test for confirming precocious puberty (GnRH stimulation response test) by measuring and confirming a specific relationship value therebetween. |
