(A) Component: Formula (a-1): R 1 SiO 3/2 (In formula, R 1 has a substituent or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms which does not have a substituent, or has a substituent, or an aryl group having no substituent.) Component (B) of the curable polysilsesquioxane compound having a repeating unit represented by Component: Fine particles having an average primary particle diameter of 5 to 40 nm (C) Component: Acid anhydride structure in the molecule having a silane coupling agent. ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the curable composition which provides the hardened|cured material excellent in adhesiveness, peeling resistance, and heat resistance, and is excellent in workability in the application|coating process, its manufacturing method, the hardened|cured material formed by hardening the said curable composition, said A method of using the curable composition as an adhesive for an optical element fixing material or an encapsulant for an optical element fixing material, and an optical device are provided.
