abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for preparing packaged instant shiitake mushrooms, and more particularly, to a packaged instant shiitake mushroom that can be consumed simply by thawing without a separate cooking process and by minimizing the loss of nutrients unique to shiitake mushrooms. It relates to a shiitake mushroom and a method for manufacturing the same. The packaged instant shiitake mushroom manufacturing method of the present invention comprises the steps of (S1) boiling shiitake mushrooms in water at 90 to 120°C; (S2) positioning the blanched shiitake mushrooms in each compartment of the packaging container in which the receiving space is divided; and (S3) freezing the packaging container in which the shiitake mushroom is accommodated at -40°C to -5°C. |
