abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for inducing differentiation of preadipocytes or stem cells into adipocytes, comprising Teprenone. In addition, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition comprising teprenone and an external preparation for skin, (a) culturing stem cells; and (b) adding a composition containing teprenone to the stem cells of step (a). Teprenone of the present invention promotes the differentiation of adipose tissue-derived stem cells into mature adipocytes by promoting the expression of C/ebp α, which is a key regulator of adipogenesis. It can present new possibilities to improve the aesthetic and health problems of people. |
