abstract |
The present invention relates to a composition for imaging comprising porous silicon microparticles, and more particularly, to a composition for imaging living tissue comprising a composite in which oxidized porous silicon microparticles and silver nanoparticles are combined. The bio-tissue imaging agent comprising a complex of oxidized porous silicon micro-particles and silver nanoparticles according to the present invention continuously provides an image signal without smearing in vivo compared to conventional imaging agents, and thus provides an accurate image of the target tissue in vivo. Surgical stability can be improved by confirming the affected area. |
