abstract |
The present invention describes a method for generating a microbial strain expressing a heterologous bacterial hemoglobin gene that produces a biomolecule of interest. In an aspect, the present invention provides a novel bacterial strain expressing a heterologous bacterial hemoglobin gene whose expression is regulated by a native Corynebacterium glutamicum promoter or a mutant promoter derived therefrom. In addition, the present invention provides a method for preparing a library of bacterial hemoglobin genes using a promoter ladder including a plurality of promoters derived from Corynebacterium glutamicum. |
