abstract | The present invention relates to asbestos removal and eco-friendly cleaning method of asbestos residues for preventing scattering of asbestos and asbestos-containing residues. A method for removing and cleaning, comprising the steps of: (A) performing pre-cleaning of an asbestos removal area to primarily clean and remove asbestos residues; (B) installing a negative pressure device in the asbestos removal area, and providing a HEPA filter cleaner and a spray device; (C) Seal the floor and walls in the asbestos removal area by sealing it, but remove one asbestos-containing product in advance and place the spray nozzle of the spraying device on the upper and lower sides of the asbestos-containing product. Step of additionally carrying out the upper side vinyl retention with a gap between the product and the containing product; (D) operating a negative pressure device in the asbestos removal area after the plastic maintenance has been completed to check whether the seal is sealed; (E) removing asbestos residues by second cleaning the inside of the asbestos removal area with a HEPA filter cleaner; (F) automatically spraying the asbestos scattering inhibitor into the asbestos-containing product using a spray device, and simultaneously spraying the asbestos-containing product toward the upper and lower surfaces through the spray nozzle; (G) dismantling and removing asbestos-containing products in a sprayed state with an asbestos scattering inhibitor; (H) dismantling and discharging the removed asbestos-containing products from the asbestos removal area to the outside; (I) after performing the scattering prevention treatment of asbestos residues by spraying the asbestos scattering inhibitor as a whole for the asbestos removal area, and then cleaning the asbestos residues with a HEPA filter cleaner to finally remove the asbestos residues; Steps ) to (I) are characterized in that it is carried out in a state in which the negative pressure machine is operated.
