titleOfInvention | Method for Isolating and Preparing Nucleic Acid Using Magnetic Parcticle |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for separating and purifying nucleic acids using magnetic particles, and more particularly, (a) adding magnetic particles having an average particle size of 50 nm to 1 μm to a biological sample containing nucleic acids to obtain insoluble aggregates or nucleic acid molecules and the binding magnetic particles; and (b) separating the magnetic particles bound to insoluble aggregates or nucleic acid molecules using a magnetic field to obtain nucleic acids. The nucleic acid separation method using the magnetic particles of the present invention can significantly shorten the nucleic acid separation time compared to the conventional method, and even after the nucleic acid or protein separation process, the purification is completed within a short time using the silica magnetic particles, so that the centrifugation method or gravity separation method It has the advantage of being able to complete the entire process in a much shorter time compared to others, and improving the yield. |
