abstract The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker for predicting the reactivity of ritodrin administration to patients with preterm labor, and more particularly, a single nucleotide polymorphism marker specific to ritodrin administration, and a method for preterm labor including the same. It relates to a composition for predicting lithodrin administration responsiveness, a kit or microarray comprising the composition, and a method for providing information for predicting lithodrin administration responsiveness to a patient with preterm labor using the marker. Using the markers of the present invention, it is possible to accurately and objectively predict the responsiveness of ritodrin administration to patients with preterm labor.
