abstract An embodiment of the present invention includes: an image pre-processing unit for receiving and pre-processing an image group including a color eye image photographed together with a reference region and eyeballs of a plurality of users; an input value extraction unit for extracting color space values from the preprocessed color eye image through at least two color models; a group classification unit that inputs the extracted color space value to a classification network model and classifies the color eye image into one of a first group exceeding a preset threshold and a second group not included in the first group; a regression calculator for estimating a bilirubin value for each color eye image by inputting the color space values of the color eye images included in the second group into a regression network model; and a jaundice diagnosis unit for diagnosing jaundice patients corresponding to each color eye image of the second group based on the estimated bilirubin value.
