The present invention relates to a method and composition for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis by administering monoclonal stem cells. In addition, the present invention relates to a composition and method for selecting atopic dermatitis patients suitable for monoclonal stem cell administration in order to apply the method and composition, and predicting their prognosis. According to the improved stem cell layer separation culture and proliferation method of the present invention, it is possible to obtain a large amount of desired monoclonal mesenchymal stem cells in a short time through rapid proliferation of monoclonal mesenchymal stem cells. In addition, by administering the monoclonal mesenchymal stem cells obtained through this to a patient with atopic dermatitis at a prescribed administration cycle, usage, and dose, it is possible not only to effectively improve the atopic symptoms of the patient, but also to mark a patient group suitable for this treatment in particular.
