titleOfInvention The Non-slip combined use water-soluable labeling paint with improved visibility and the manufacturing method
abstract The present invention relates to a non-slip and water-soluble coating material with improved visibility and a method for manufacturing the same, and provides high visibility and heat island phenomenon by mixing 2 to 5 pigments used as light reflective materials for some of the components in the paint. This is to provide a paint that is effective in the application and can maintain the coefficient of slip resistance in a dry state even in a wet state. To this end, the present invention is composed of a top coat to increase light reflection performance and stain resistance, and a medium coat to increase anti-slip performance and durability, and the composition of the top coat includes: 5 to 7 wt% of non-porous spherical metal oxide particles; 1-5% by weight of aluminum oxide; 15 to 35% by weight of titanium dioxide; 5-10 wt% of calcium carbonate; 1 to 5% by weight of talc; 1 to 20% by weight of magnesium oxide; 30-45 wt% of a resin binder; 2-5% by weight of polyhydric alcohol; additive; and water, and the composition of the middle is silica sand (SiO 2 ) 35-57 wt%; 1-5% by weight of aluminum oxide; 1 to 25% by weight of titanium dioxide; 1 to 20% by weight of calcium carbonate; 1 to 5% by weight of talc; 1 to 20% by weight of magnesium oxide; 30-45 wt% of a resin binder; 2-5% by weight of polyhydric alcohol; additive; And by providing a paint for a sign containing water, and a manufacturing method thereof, it is possible to provide a paint with improved heat island prevention, visibility and anti-slip functions.
