abstract | The colored photosensitive resin composition according to the present invention includes at least one photopolymerization initiator satisfying Formulas 1 and 2, and after pre-bake, transmittance at 365 nm wavelength is 0.1% or more, and transmittance at 405 nm wavelength is 0.4 % or more. [Equation 1] ε 405 > 0.1 [Equation 2] (ε 405 × 10 / ε 365) > 0.1 (In Equations 1 and 2 above, ε 365 is the molar extinction coefficient for the wavelength of 365 nm of the photopolymerization initiator, ε 405 is the molar extinction coefficient for the 405 nm wavelength of the photopolymerization initiator). The colored photosensitive resin composition according to the present invention has excellent adhesion, can suppress peeling of the pattern during the development process, and has excellent solvent resistance. |
